Losing 0.2 kg a Week

This was not on the same scale as the one I used at my daughter's house for my first weigh in. I was at the doctor's office today, so that was the scale I used. I do not count the exercise I get building my paddock fence, but believe me, it is exhausting. Today I dug another three foot deep post hole and set two posts with concrete. After that I leveled road base in the run in horse shed so that I can start spreading sand. I will be able to nail on the last two panels of the fence and hang the gates this weekend. After that I will have to screw on the 2x4x 16ft top rails all around. What a job! But my horses will finally be home.
I seem to be eating and drinking a lot of carbs, so I will try to plan better in advance. Again, I think Mike's Hard Lemonade is not a good choice. But again, I'm not going to beat myself up.

Worked on the fence today. I'm totally exhausted. I eat chips to replace the salt I lose as I sweat. My clothes were dripping wet withing the first 30 minutes. While I would like to keep my calories between 1200 and 1500 daily, I think I'm doing okay, all things considered.

My first day is almost over. I'm eating pretty much the way I have for the last few years, sans alcohol. We'll see how it works.
