I think last week was definitely water weight. I'm back down to where I was the week before. I need to continue to work on exercising several times a week because I'm just maintaining. It's tough with the baby when I get home, but I should be able to get some exercise this weekend.

I just want to break into the 160s! I'm so close!
77.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
