I was concerned that switching carb days in my plan would keep me from looking but I stayed the course.
I think that is what I have to remember. This change in my life is not a one two or week change. I need to make a lifestyle change to achieve my health.
This is my goal.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
