I did swim...though today I have a light cold again...seems almost each time I'm in the water I walk away with something...
I was over calories again yesterday...currently to stay within 1900 calories a day is hard...I am eating so much better though than when I started this program and tracking a little more than a week ago. I know I haven't gained weight, as I'm weighing myself daily...but I do feel MUCH heavier than before...it may because I started swimming again.
