I think the 50 grams of walnuts in the morning, and the 2 handfuls of peanuts at night added a lot of fat to diet...I'm finding it a puzzle on how to raise my total caloric intake to 30% protein without having to eat a lot of steak...I'm working on this now...will try to have fish soup for lunch, but it will be hard to calculate calories for it...or ingredients exactly even, as it's from.a restaurant....anyhow, it's healthy and I'm coming down with some cold, so need it.
