Happy Thursday FS!
Oh happy day! Got on the scale and was down from yesterday (I didn't record it because I thought it was a fluke). But I did record today. ;-)
Two days of meetings and catered food, I feel I made good choices. I passed up Mac and cheese as well as mashed potatoes and gravy and to my surprise, did not feel deprived. I haven't decided whether I am going to indulge in our office Thanksgiving luncheon Friday that will have all the usual fixins ... I may just save my indulgence for the main day and then I don't plan to go crazy but plan to up my exercise. Plan is the operative word... LOL!
