I guess I wasn't ready yet. The holidays and being sick for a week haven't helped either. I have tons of carby foods left in my fridge, so I will just finish this week out and try to regroup next week. I've already told the fam to enjoy the cookies and chips now ;)
I will never go carb free, but would like to lower my cholesterol. Any help and info is appreciated...
