Badddddd...Hit McD's on the way to the airport, just tired and needed food to keep me awake. Time to start some positive self-talk if I want to stick with this....Breakfast and lunch is easy, it's dinner that kills me.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
