So amazing how the first couple days of South Beach can yield such rapid results. I totally cheated yesterday, did great the first part of the day at work. Came home and had a reasonable snack, and then I hit the leftover Christmas cookies. I couldn't stop! Last night after Deej and I cleaned up the kitchen, i threw the rest of the cookies in the trash. Now at least they are now longer sitting on the counter, mocking me. Today is a late start, but a good start. Home with the kids all day and I plan to prep all the veggies to have them ready whenever I need them. The kids are excited too and are already making their requests!
