My appetite was odd yesterday & I only ate about 1000 calories. I know that is bad. But I didn't have time to exercise yesterday. Today is my cheat day and we're going to a Mexican restaurant for dinner.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
