I'm really struggling right now.
A back injury has kept me from exercising and im not doing a great job at counting my calories.

im thinking of joining overeaters anonymous.....
104.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
