Have been doing a significant amount of Exercise--- and Long Triathlons. Am gaining weight due to VOLUME and some improper choices. Need to get this back under control. Despite the work on fitness--- the weight gain must be monitored.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
