4 days in a row attacking weeds in the yard...WHEW....it has taken its toll on my body. I forget that I'm an aging, crippled woman! LoL COPD compounded with limited mobility - pffft - losing weight is the end product of trying to strengthen and increase my lung capacity while working on my range of motion and strengthening injured muscles.
This time last year, I could barely walk 50 feet and working 10 minutes in my garden left me immobilized for days...I may not like the #'s on the scale but I am very proud of how strong my body and my breathing are progressing every day!
