Ahhhh...love hitting that number! 4 to go to goal weight, trying for Sept 1!

58.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg. Still to go: 0.9 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

good for you. What a great feeling it is to change the 10's in our weight. The one pound difference from 130 to 129 is such a great boost! I am waiting still for the 140 to 139 to happen.
