Well, I'm back. It's been a bizarre few months, but we're both back on track healthwise. Time to click into Fat Flush again...made my cran concentrate, dug up some steaks, need to go and buy veggies and I'm good to go! Looking forward to having more energy again!

Considering the stress of the past few weeks have mostly been able to stick to plan. Haven't had a lot of fresh air lately, and totally out of cranwater...but did catch up on sleep and avoided the catching the cold! Onward...
