Solid exercise routine and great eating yesterday....Working resistance training harder then ever!!
Yesterday Really only ate Fruit and Seeds and Beans!

Weight down today on late weigh in after tough workout

Onwards and downwards!!!
77.6 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7.0 kg a Week
