Big Race Tomorrow---- Milton Triathlon!!

Weigh 170.0 after exercise.

Still monitoring the gradual infiltration of poor habits-- Like yesterday 1 Tim Hortons Muffin, 2 Oatmeal Cookies and 1 Decaf double double.

There is no excuse for these transgressions! Stay disciplined and be watchful.

Onwards and upwards
77.1 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
