great day yesterday. Completed very hilly 10KM in 54 minutes. Could prelude to Triathlon season opening in 2 weeks. Weight 171.1 before exercise today Stay consistent is the watch word and remember the GOLDEN RULE---

POP, Soda, Cakes Pies….did I say Soda--- Soda is the most useless food on the planet…Nothing good or redeeming about it …Yikes!
