So happy, I finally lost some weight. Not much but baby steps. The Trainer at the gym was happy, since all the numbers are going where they are supposed to.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
