Well went up a tad. That's ok. Today's breakfast scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, cottage cheese and strawberries and sugar free mango passion juice. Let the day begin! Have a fantastic day everyone.

Just returned from morning workout and niw time for breakfast. Two eggs with lots of pepper, candadian vacin, Sara Lee Delight Bread, ans Oikos Triple Zero Berry. Then off to wash my car and ger a passport picture. Everyine have a good day.
