I went off on a tangent yesterday. It WAS well worth it... but I gained more than a pound overnight. I had healthy homemade french toast for breakfast, but then a Long John Silver's meal for lunch, and part of an appetizer & a slice of pizza & three mojitos at Old Chicago. In my own defense, I skipped work yesterday and took off to the pool all afternoon, then a fun time with friends at Old Chicago, then a shopping trip. I felt just like a teenager on a normal summer day so it meant SO MUCH to me... and eating whatever I wanted played a big role in that... but now I have some making up to do! I DID hit the gym late last night and ran intervals to burn about 330 calories though, and I'm happy I did. I felt better afterward.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
