Holy moly! I knew that dinner wasnt a good idea! Lol i was doing great on the calories, then all of a sudden, it jumped to 2400kcal. Dammit.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey it's a start! I'm sure you'll be back on track in no time don't get discouraged. With me the first week or so is tough then it starts to get easier the longer you are doing it. Good luck!!!
