Ate well yesterday hovering around 1500 calories. Hit all my nutrition markers. My 7 day average for calories is a respectable 1786 with big calorie burns from exercise. This however is not enough to drop the last pesky DIRTY DOZEN pounds. Need to bring Cals down to between 1100 to 1200 with good amounts of exercise. The task is clear!!!

In Nationals Squash tourney. Into Quarter finals with a tough game versus a Youngin tonight!

Only played squash for exercise yesterday.

Well onwards and upwards!!
82.0 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

Don't worry.. Last week I weighed myself before and after easter and noticed I lost the weight I gained after easter...even after eating too much. Our bodies fluctuate. We can really se our progress when we look back at the big picture..if your weight chart is slowly going downwards you are succeeding! Even with slight gains here or there is ok. either water or muscle gain :)
