Goal for today is to try and cut my coke and beer consumtion. I have gained 30 pounds in the last few months and feel like I have lost power over my life. I am tired all the time and feel so yucky about myself. My goal is to lose 30 pounds in the end,but will set a goal to lose even 1 pound a week at this time. Here we go again.
