Great day yesterday. AM workout a brutal stair master, resistance training mix that mimicked P90X. Very very tough workout. PM workout was solid effort 65 minute spin class. Delicious HARD work! Load on the pain!!!

Food was very disciplined and tight on calories and nutrition. I would call it a semi fast. 850 Calories of awesome CRON oriented foods with angiogenesis foods as base!

This morning after the two workouts yesterday ^AM Spin and resistance training.

Very very solid work.

Now my weight is low somewhat artificially….Weigh in after AM workout!

No food after 5PM yesterday
81.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 7.0 kg a Week
