Completed 38 hour water fast yesterday at noon. Had 3 workouts within the fasting period. 2 Spinning classes and a weight workout. Felt very good. At the beginning of the 3rd workout which was some 36 hours into the Fast I was sitting on the Rowing Machine thinking OMG I haven't eaten in 36 hours how can I do think….Summoned the Courage and started 25 Minutes rowing. Part way though I decided to convince myself that being calorie deprived was an illusion. Well the 25 minute Row finished great…Went straight from Row machine to 70 minute spin class…It was awesome. Mind over MATTER! The power of the mind manages states we think are difficult…
Came home had a Blueberry Protein Shake…Tuna Salad latter in day. Ate great did well. Onward and Upward!
83.3 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
