I didn't cut out much but had smaller portions. Less starchy food and more veg. Daily homemade green smoothies for breakfast.
Still struggling with not eating sugar. This weekend I gorged on Thortons chocolates...no doubt I'll be seeing that on the scale next week.
Any alternative to curb sweet tooth???
