Great day of Exercise yesterday. Nice 40 minute run and then Stairmaster. This was followed by solid strength training. Ate very well. The journey continues
86.4 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.9 kg a Week
