Good day with food yesterday. Just played some tennis. Had a few too many nuts at about 615PM but no eating past that. Big exercise day planned for today….Tennis…Stairmaster and Tread mill….
87.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
