no weight gained still trying. joined a fitness center going to step it up on some excersice to hopefully loose better. still trying to follow la weight loss program tomorrow starts week 4 staying the same. do not get discoraged drinking my eight glasses of water and eating more fritt and veg. still need to eat more of those two groups. making some tuna salad today.
