Realized I have been fooling myself into believing I was eating properly. I gave us eating sugar on Monday - no sugar in tea; no chocolates etc. and trying to eliminate sugar in food. Now to eradicate cheese again and start eating properly for energy!! Today is Day 3 of not eating sugar!
