Really going after the weightlifting, after finding out that since my Celiac Diagnosis and diet adherence that I am not absorbing calcium. So now the Dr is putting me on Fosamax and even more calcium.
I would rather lift heavy, being careful not to break my shoulder implant.
WHEW! It is always something!
