I did an intense weightlifting session yesterday and I feel ever so strong!

I love this site for helping me be aware of what I put in my mouth and many how nutritious foods I can get in per day.

Going to Tennessee to visit with my twin sister at the end of May. So I've also been building up my hiking ability to keep up with my twin sister when we hike the Cumberland Gap. And to be fast enough to have to RUN FOR MY LIFE when we go to do a Ghost Investigation at Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary; it is a pretty scary place and I only have to be faster than my twin sis right? LOL!
108.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
