My Dr was concerned about my weight and her office's dietician have put my on an eating plan to compliment my walking, hiking and weightlifting lifestyle. The dietician put me on a meal plan called 40-30-30. It has given me so much ENERGY I am thrilled! My body may almost be 53 y/o, but my energy level is like I am 20! My brain fog is gone.

I now feel like I am getting all the nutrients my body needs. Also I do take Creatine 5mg at breakfast, a Multi-vit, Complex B& C vit mid day ,and Ferrous iron at bedtime.
VROOM! VROOM! and Yum Yum!
108.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
