I will be checking my weight everyday. my job has this weight loss program through oamda and since I was already in the process of losing weight..I joined it and it's mandatory to check weight everyday.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
