It was a good Morning when I saw these numbers on the scale. I had to check it like 3 times! Now I have to get to my final goal weight which is around 140-145 ish.

I've been weighing myself everyday for this weight loss program. I only update here weekly. it's crazy how much my weight can go up or down daily. I'm just glad that I'm less than 1lb away from my 2nd goal weight!
