I think my previous weight that I reported was water weight. Today, this is what was shown on the scale. I am happy that I am getting close of my 2nd goal weight.
73.6 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
