I usually check my weight later on the week. I randomly decided to check it today and I basically completed my first goal weight. Woot woot! Guess it time to change to my 2nd goal weight....
75.1 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
