I am actually surprised because I've been at a stalling point for almost a week of just weighing 170 everyday. So I am happy that I am finally losing weight now.....
77.0 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
