No change today! I guess it's inevitable it would slow down eventually. At least it's not a gain. My body has evolved to use it's energy efficiently and keep something by for a rainy day; it's just doing what comes naturally! As long as I stay positive and in control of what I put in my mouth, I will reach my healthy weight. And my jeans are so baggy now! I can't stop smiling ☺️
