Had a really, really, REALLY hard week. I've been fighting those demons who prefer me fat every day and they are fighting dirty! They always find the chinks in my armour, but I managed to survive their onslaught, just about. No doubt they'll regroup and be back to battle soon . Tomorrow is the start of a new week and I'm determined to stay strong

I seem to have plateaued but I'm not too worried. I have been strict with my calories so it will definitely drop sometime soon. Keep on keeping on x
