Two days in and the scale moved! Hurray!!! I've haven't had even a diet soda in at least two days, but i can tell i need to force myself to up my water intake.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
