Beyond proud of my weight loss so far. I have never felt so in control of my body, and more importantly, my mind. I can't believe how much I have changed mentally since my last failed attempt at food management. I am steadfast and unwavering. I am enjoying the journey and I know when I eventually reach my destination I will finally be content in my own skin (even if it's saggy and loose)
