2 lb lost yesterday! What a difference paying attention makes. I only ate about 1650 calories and did no exercise. Today I hope to accomplish the same type of results.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
