didn't lose as much this time, probably because we had company over the weekend and we ate out a lot. I didn't have time to plan meals and sometimes the temptation to eat the wrong foods won the battle.
94.0 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
