Today I was shocked to see I've hit 150 lb. I don't look fat, but my hourglass is starting to fill in. Real wake-up call for me. I've been stressed-out and not paying attention to calorie counting, working out or portion control. New start today. Ate healthy off the IHOP menu today and now having a healthy smoothie for lunch. Fish, rice and green veggies for dinner. Want to take the dog on a walk as well. I am getting back on track starting today.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
