Wow! Another 4lb gone, and tbh it has been pain free so far. I had a little wobble during the week when I almost had a binge on high fibre chocolate bars; thankfully I nipped it in the bud before any damage was done! It was tough! I just craved chocolate and something sweet and stodgy but managed to curb the urge. Proud of myself for that and enjoying the process of regaining g control as much as anything. I can't wait to surprise people with my shrinking frame. No-one can tell yet, but they soon will!
