Haven’t dropped any in a while. Upped my calories and protein intake for muscle growth so have been maintaining. But recently dropped back down and dropped a couple pounds. The reason it is significant is I am now at my lowest weight since 1994. 😀
100.7 kg Lost so far: 38.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
