That's 13lbs gone in 10 days! I an so pleased with my progress. You know I have done every diet under the sun; they all work when you're being honest with yourself and sticking to it. Sticking to it is usually where it all goes wrong. But this time I feel different. This medication is genuinely helping me. I've got no desire to feed my face anymore, instead I'm savouring and enjoying my food and although I'm eating far fewer calories than I would normally have, I just don't feel hungry at all. I'm just buzzing with my success and full of confidence in my ability to continue in this way. AT LAST!
