This is my first entry since I left for two months in the USA - and one week up at a conference in Polokwane. I did really well for the first part of my trip really only my last week in the USA and whole time in Polokwane did I fall of the wagon! I am back now and determined to get back to my weight of 94.4 and the thirteen Kg.s left until I reach my goal.
I feel so much better when I am on keto. I do not feel great when I eat too many carbs, processed food and sugar. I am glad I finally can tell the differenc.
I have been walking nearly everyday for at least 30 mins. but mainly I try to walk an hour. I cannot always do this on a Sunday and there have been times when I have been travelling or sick that I could not do this. I have to admit that I love walking. It is good for my mental health as well.
Here is to a new chapter - back home, back to getting my weight down but most importantly getting my glucose numbers down!
